Randall “Randy” Blessing is from Sioux City, Iowa where he attended Catholic schools.  A Physics and Mathematics student, Mr. Blessing graduated from Morningside College in 1992. 

In 1994, Mr. Blessing earned a Master’s Degree in physics from Creighton University.  During his studies, Mr. Blessing served as Teaching Assistant in the physics department.

Mr. Blessing has taught chemistry and biology at Sioux City North Public High School.

For the last four years, Mr. Blessing has taught physics, chemistry, biology and various mathematics courses at St. Thomas More Academy.

Last year, he earned his high school teaching license from the states of Iowa and North Carolina. 

In addition to teaching, Mr. Blessing serves as faculty sponsor of various academic clubs and competitions, such as the Science Olympiad. 

Mr. Blessing enjoys spending time with his wife Laronda and his son.  He also likes spending time with his family, and friends.  In his spare time, Mr. Blessing golfs, bikes, and hikes.
