Application Checklist - A convenient check-off list of all the major documentation needed for the application process.

Admission Policies - Policies and procedures governing admissions.

Application for Admission - To be completed and returned to the office with a $200 non-refundable deposit.  This will reserve a space for the applicant.

Recommendation Letter Form - For teachers, pastors, or non-family member adults to complete and mail to the school on behalf of the student.  At least two recommendations are required.  This form provides a convenient place to make a recommendation, but it is not the only acceptable format.  Please contact the Admissions office with questions:  admissions@stmacademy.org.

Immunization Record - Must be on file at your child's school and doctor's office.  For a description of what immunizations are recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and an immunizations schedule, visit the CDC National Immunization Program (NIP). This form enables parents to easily submit the information, but other forms are acceptable.  Please contact the Admissions office with questions:  admissions@stmacademy.org.

Request for Transcript - To be signed and returned to the office at the applicant's current school, so that transcript information (including for 7th and 8th grade) may be forwarded to St. Thomas More Academy.  For current high school transfer students, a full official high school transcript will be necessary.  Homeschoolers should also provide the information on an official transcript.

Admission Test

St. Thomas More Academy uses the Educational Records Bureau's (ERB) Independent School Entrance Examination (ISEE) to evaluate rising 9th graders.  Many schools use this test for evaluative purposes.

While this test is regularly scheduled at St. Thomas More Academy, students may take the test elsewhere.  The results may be forwarded to St. Thomas More Academy.

Parents may check the test schedule and register students at the ISEE registration web page.  ERB also offers an on-line student guide to help students prepare for the test.

Currently, ERB’s fee for the test is $78 with pre-registration (walk-in registration is more costly).

St. Thomas More Academy’s ERB number is 344656.

Please contact the Admissions office with questions:  admissions@stmacademy.org.

St. Thomas More Academy is open to any youth, regardless of race, creed, gender, or economic status.  St. Thomas More Academy makes reasonable accommodations for students with physical disabilities.
